Rather, they are injecting new features and functionality into their maturing platforms to give users the experience they want, at a time when remote collaboration has never been more critical.
The video and UC market has arguably never been as hot as it has been over the last 19 months as employees work from home and businesses grapple with hybrid work environments. Some employees are coming back into the office, while others are staying at home, and some are doing a mix of both. It‘s safe to say that in the meantime, the emphasis won’t be fading on UC and collaboration tools anytime soon.
